Property values in Crestwater continue to be strong. Crestwater is truly a thing of beauty the lucky residents of the neighborhood. This gated community features less than 200 homes, most backing to one of the neighborhoods man made lakes. The homes were built to offer the homeowner resort style living.
In 2007 nine total homes sold for an average of $273,000. Days on the market, a key economic indicator was at 119 (from the home on the market to contract). The average price per square foot was $83.11.
In 2008 five homes sold for an average of $267,000. This may not look like a strong market, however honesty home sales were solid. The average days on the market was only 90 days and homes sold for a price per square foot of $83.76.
