Recently we sent out a couple hundred Maxes to HomeGain customers.  We received quite a few emails from delighted real estate agents across the country.  Debra Gravelle, who is also an Active Rainer of Moses Lake Realty Group in Washington, sent me some new of her recent success with HomeGain and photos with her new hero, Max the HomeGain Gorilla!

I wonder just how much that Gorilla cost her in terms of commission money.  Your company is a RIP OFF!

Michael

Here is the letter from Ms. Gravelle, who certainly is very pleased with HomeGain as are thousands of our other customers.

"Hello to my friends at HG!

Yesterday I got the news that I would be listing a home for $525,000 from a Buyer Link lead. Yippee!!!

I  took a listing about two weeks ago and we have a contingent on a home they want to buy. This listing referred me to their Mom that has a home on Moses Lake to sell.

So that means in the  last three weeks:

Two listings from your leads. One of them will buy with me as well.

One referral from one of those leads that happens to be his Mother.

That is a total of four transactions when the listings sell and we are priced right.

What a treat when I got home and Max was in the Mail

That was the icing on the cake for a banner day. Max is my hero.

Hi Michael!  I know that some people think Homegain might be a rip off, but I always wonder if they say that because Homegain is bad or because the Agents systems are bad.  I have found that Agents who have great lead conversion systems are usually big fans of Homegain.  Myself, I use the BuyerLink program and am on my third year of using it.  Each year I have grown my company and now I own every zip code in my area.  This year we ended up with 281 sales and the only marketing I do is Homegain's Buyerlink.  This is a very far cry from being anywhere near a rip off!  If anythhing, it's an Agents dream!

With this said, if you have tried this program with no luck, then maybe you should reevaluate your systems.  I would be glad to help you figure it out.  Do you have good capture tools on your site?  Do you have an IDX with capture abilities?  Do you have other capture tools on your site?  Do you have a phone call follow up system?  All of these are vital if you are going to be successful with lead conversion.  Homegain does exactly as they say it does.  It sends me traffic at a better rate than I can buy it myself and with a higher click to lead converesion rate than from Google and Yahoo.  Personally it's a no brainer.

As I said, if you need any help, don't hesitate to call or email me.  It won't take to long before you realize that your comment above is totally off base.  Good luck!

After all the numbers are crunch and I am very through about tracking. It cost me around $500 per closed transaction. Not a bad price to pay considering our average commission here is about $3000. So at the end of the day I take $2500 home per transaction. I hope HomeGain is getting that kind of return because they deserve it.  Max thinks so too.

Hi Adele,

I am glad to hear that you are sold on HomeGain as am I. I started in RE on March 1, 2008 which is about 11 month ago. It was scary but I took at credit card with $10,000 and went for it. I DO NOT like debt but I considered it an investment and boy was it. I am not saying that is how you should do it but that is the way I did it. If you are good at follow up and have a contact manger it can be done.

If you every want to discuss this live send me an email and I will call you and give you my reps name. Debra@DialDebra.com

Good Luck
