A recent Forbes Magazine article evaluated 141 small towns to determine which would be   least vulnerable in our tough financial times.  Key West came in number two second only to Lebanon, New Hampshire, but I sure they don't have as good weather there.  If you would like to read the article in full click below.

Interest Rates Drop

 

30 year mortgage rates dropped for the 4th straight week bringing rates under 6% for the first time since early October, 2008.

Welcome to AR Joanne. I have visited Key West several times and loved it. I guess the Forbes magazine is speculating tourists will keep visiting Key West and spending money on Margaritas even in rough economic times.
