Hello everyone how are you on this glorious day. Well Real Estate is still a bit rough, in fact very rough, but we are making due. IT is important to not give up and continue to have hope. Without hope we will fall into failure. The market is rough , but I believe there is a silver lining in the dark sky.

I read people on here complaining about the stimulus bill. Well I agree that it is not a heal all. The 15,000 tax credit will help in spurring some movement in the market. The problem is the media like always. They love the economic disaster, all they do is speak fear to us all and personally I am sick of it. Why must they enjoy misery. And the general public listens to them and fear takes over.

So stop being mad about the stimulus bill, it will help in some way even if its just to calm the people. Take heart all will be fine.

Yea, and how many people even know what's in the current bill, not to mention that nobody knows what the final draft will look like. I think that I'll save my comments for the final bill.

Before hoping the government is going to turn the wagon train around and fix everything, individuals and communities need to pull together and start getting their own spending in check. Common sense, practical habits like spending for what you need, not filling all your wants. Buying with patience and without poor impulse control. Not needing anything right now..but when the time is right and getting value. Being grateful for what you do have, find waste..because there is lots out there and talking about it so everyone cruises the facility looking for slack. $72 dollars an hour for auto workers..and hearing folks say I can't work for $9. You adjust your spending to your income and expecting things not to change is insane. Life does not come with guarantees..but with choices.

Ryan, I have been looking over your blog posts just now, and found this one from some time ago... so I thought I would comment on it.

Using what is contained in the stimulus bill is like trying to build a fire using kindling wood. You have to get it going somehow... in order for it to be able to grow.

Kinda like fertilizing when growing a garden. It just makes good sense to fertilize when trying to grow your crops. Those who complain... well... they are just walking around in the dark... in my humble and sometimes silly opinion.
