Once a modest retirement home with just two bedrooms, dated kitchen and overgrown landscaping, it was ready for a makeover. Renovations included a new third bedroom, laundry room and remodeled bathrooms. A driveway and lawn was installed and the entire property landscaped. It is presently rented until the market recovers.
