It's almost 4 am, and I have found a real gem of a video for everyone to enjoy. Meet Chad. In this video Chad will take marketing for his open house to another level. Now I do a lot for an open house. Lot's of promotions. I may go door to door in the neighborhood and tell people about the open house, or do invitations in the mail, take flyers to local stores, send email, and tell everyone that I meet about it, but I can guarantee that I don't go this far!

Circulate and peculate! My top loan officer used to strike up conversations where ever he was. Nothing long winded, just a simple conversation. When it was time to move on, he would hand them a card and ask them if they knew anybody who needed to refinance a home. He got a few each transactions each month that way!
