"Baby Boomers" and the economic mountains of real-estate!

By
Real Estate Agent with Thompson Carr Real Estate

This is my first "blog". When I first started in real-estate a million years ago, a blog might have been a bog that you could not sell because of the environmental impact in our mountain area. In the mountains (the beautiful Great Smoky Mountain"s) of East Tennessee we would have thought you were just not sayin it right.

Now you are probably wondering what all I just said has to do with the baby boomers and the economic downturn. Well it does in a way because I am a Realtor who is a baby boomer and I am experiencing some of the worst economics of real-estate in a long while. I have worked very hard and enjoyed a great career in this area for a lot of years and now we are working harder just for the small sales. My assistant, Lisa is really helping me learn a lot about the blogging that is suppose to make me more successful.Only time will tell if I can, as we Southerner's put it "cut the mustard" in the world of blogging

I will from time to time give my own Southern twist to blogging about all the great and wonderful things that I feel about real-estate and maybe some of the not so great but nowhere is the scenery more beautiful than here in our beloved mountains.

Some of the more professional bloggers might want to send me some comments that might help me to achieve successful blogging!

Until next time,      Delores A. White, Realtor in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee
