Thank you so much for all your hard work, relentlessness, determination and positive attitude you bring to the team everyday. I truly love what I do and I love helping you achieve your goals and I love helping our clients achieve theirs. One thing has be extremely helpful for me lately is so basic. But it works! You always see me carrying around my yellow note pad. Well it is my life line. As you know, we are all doing 40 million things at once and whenever I need to remember something I simply write it down and come back to it when I can. Easy as that. :) I know some of us do this more than others but I want to have this a team basic. Everyone morning before I do anything I write down what tasks I need to accomplish, review my emails, review my agent office and make sure my tasks list is ready, and I add to it all day. Some times my tasks get pushed to the next day if they can be. This way I don't forget anyone and anything that is urgent. You see- no-one has a perfect memory- not even me. I'm Kidding. :) So this morning start with this. Get out a note pad or buyer team use your tracking sheets and plan out your day... !!
