Program 2: Seller Financing
•· Have your seller/listing offer to sell the house using seller financing/land contract
•· We will then purchase that seller financing/land contract (at a discount)
•· Seller does not hold note or chase payments
•· Closes just like a mortgage
•· Owner Occupied up to 90% (620+ credit)
•· Investors up to 80% (680+ credit)
•· Investors are not limited to number of properties owned or purchased
•· Once borrower is approved by us, we can close in 2 - 4 weeks
•· 30 Year Fixed
•· No PMI for borrower
•· No points or origination fees
•· Low closing costs
We do offer classes on program 2. We can either come to your office or you can sign up to one of our monthly classes at various locations. Realtors can earn 2 CE credit by attending.
