May it never be to late to wish everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! =)

I know it's February,

But since I've been so busy all year and missing in action.......I thought it only appropriate to wish all of my AR friends and readers a successful year.......

Words of encouragement, I'm hopeful that this year, (despite the negative media at times) will be a beginning to and end of a poopy market for some........I'm grateful that I got a contract on 1/1/2009! That's right, I was on vacation in Sarasota FL when I had an agent preview one of my listings a second time and submit a contract! WOW I was so surprised, I wanted to get back to MD from my vacation, luckily for me, it was ending in two days anyway.......(no seriously, I had a wonderful time on the beach and I didn't want it to end) but I was so surprised.......I took that as a good sign, that this year, will be even better then last........

So, stay hopeful, positive and all you Realtors who are out of my local area and you want to send your referrals to MD (Howard, Baltimore, Prince George, Anne Arundel, and a few other counties) (no seriously, call me if you don't see your client's County of choice listed here......LOL )as well DC or Northern VA - I'm licensed in all three .......I do travel for sales..........LOL

Let's make this a great year.........until then, sell, sell, sell.......oh yeah.....clients now need 3.5% on FHA...still, we can do this......
