How Come Stuff That Makes You Well Tastes Awful?
I saw this cartoon in today's paper and it made me think of our economy.
I am such an upbeat optimistic person and I am determined to stay that way, even though it seems the world is testing me. Dennis The Menace ask his mother, "How come stuff that makes you well tastes awful?"
With the economic downturn, most businesses have had to "lay off" staff in order to keep the doors open.
I can tell you, having to lay off employees just taste awful. But, it is something we have to do to get well.
I know that at AgentOwned Realty , we took care of that awful medicine early in order to be sure that our company staid well. It is what it is. Thank you, Boyd (my husband and President of AgentOwned Realty), for having the foresight to make us "take that awful medicine". We are expanding during times when others are being forced to close doors.
Keep those spirits high --- we see positive activity --- several agents have just ratified contracts and many others report increase in showing appointments.
