EMPIRE REALTY ASSOCIATES HOSTED THEIR ANNUAL SANTA PARTY
DANVILLE AND WALNUT CREEK - For the sixth year in a row, Empire Realty Associates had their holiday Santa Party in Walnut Creek on December 6th and in Danville on December 7th. Empire looks forward to this event all year because they are able to create a wonderful holiday atmosphere and visit with clients and friends. Both offices were beautifully decorated with lights, poinsettias, wreaths, and Christmas trees. They also provided warm beverages and of course Santa Clause!
In Danville, The Marine Corps was present to greet guests and to collect an abundance of wonderful gifts for their annual Toys for Tots program. There was also live singing by Katie and Jenna Turley. Approximately 50 families came to Walnut Creek and 200 families came to Danville to visit with Santa. After each child sat on Santa's lap and told him their wishes this holiday season, they received a special gift from and their photo in a holiday card. Several children also wrote special letters, wish lists, and drew pictures of Santa.
The real estate agents love hosting this annual event. Realtor®, Mary Anne LaHaye says, "I love to do this not just for my clients, but to see the joy on the children's faces and relieve the stress for the parents providing a relaxing atmosphere with no pressures is the reward." Partner and Broker Associate, Dana Weiler, says, "I love doing this because we can visit with our clients and friends in a holiday atmosphere!"
