KITTY COLE OFFERS THE SECOND EXCLUSIVE TRAINING FOR EMPIRE REALTY ASSOCIATES
DANVILLE - Empire Realty Associates offers an exclusive training program with Kitty Cole. This program is unparalleled in the industry. Kitty is a former top producer and a veteran business coach and trainer. The 10 week course includes only high level material and it will address all of the necessary components to make a real estate agent successful, from a custom listing presentation to presenting yourself powerfully to clients.
As the first 10 week session is coming to an end, Kitty has decided to offer another 10 week session beginning on January 26, 2009. Some class topics include business planning, listing presentations, business development, marketing, presentation skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Realtor®, Sue Rubin, was in Kitty's first session and told her, "By the way, taking your class was the best investment ever in my career!" There were 23 real estate agents in Kitty's first session and they had 70 escrows and 46 listings.
The second training seminar begins January 26, 2009 and runs every Monday from 9:00am - 11:00am. Classes are available on a first come, first serve basis.
