We have a bad storm today in the upstate of South Carolina. This storm came through with high winds. It sounded like the roof was going to blow off of our house and the rain blew very hard. Tomorrow we need to check out our roofs to make sure that there are no missing shingles. Also, check your ridge vent. It should be straight and intact.
