It seems that most banks/lenders were waiting for the final passsage of the stimulus package. Most of my highly qualified commercial buyers could not get approval on any loan even though they had sufficient money down and top scores.
I am taking the positive road and betting my buisness will begin to take off now. The weather is better in New Jersey and the Real Estate climate should be the same.
Two days until pitchers and catchers report to camp in Tampa.
