The "AFLAC Duck" will be starring in two new television commercials. He is a household name to us here in Columbus, Georgia where the supplemental insurance company began. With all his television and radio exposure, he has fast become known all over the world.

AFLAC just signed a three year agreement with Roush Fenway Racing to sponsor Carl Edwards' No. 99 car. The commercials will begin airing during the Daytona 500 this weekend. It is the first points race of the NASCAR season. The two commercials that will be aired are named "Monster Tires" and "Joy Ride". Everyone is excited to see what the duck has in store for us, he always leaves us laughing.
Paul Amos, the chief operating officer of Aflac, believes that Carl Edwards and the Aflac duck have formed a special bond that he hopes will excite the fans. He was quoted in our local newspaper saying that Aflac is committed to the sport of NASCAR, Roush Racing and their driver, Carl Edwards.
