Our Coldwell Banker Business Consultant brought 12 of of our area broker/owners together for a morning of idea sharing on expense management, team building, value propositons, lead generation and revenue enhancement. It was a tremendous use of 4 hours during our day.
Now we can meet with our agents to discuss many of these topics and provide them with a forum to share their ideas, and learn more about how we can all prosper during these challenging market times.
Agents are working harder than ever trying to create business, and keep their transactions together. Sharing good business practices with other professionals will help everyone stay focused - from the agent with 2 years experience to the agent with 35 years experience. Either way, no one in the business has experienced a market similar to what we're going through right now and we can all learn from one another.
