I am looking for a few good words!
What do you think of when you hear V.I.P? What about Preferred Client?
Remember the little black book with your client list in them? Or some would say Ex's! But you could put stars next to there name if they were a higher priority and use a rating scale? What I am looking for is examples of what you call your V.I.P clients other than V.I.P! How about something special you do, just for those clients?
Let's keep it fun and think outside the "Box!"
