Phelps Media Group announced May 3rd that Stadium Jumping has finally announced the site of their new horse show facilities. After months of guessing, waiting and wondering, the equestrian public can rest easy now that the Winter Equestrian Festival and National Horse Shows will not be leaving Wellington.  Stadium Jumping, Inc. has paired up with Wellington Preserve and will be building a world class, nearly 200 Acre, equestrian facility.  The equestrian community, Wellington residents and many others have been sitting on pins and needles for months not knowing if the world renowned Winter Equestrian Festival was going to stay in Wellington.  The event has been produced by Stadium Jumping for nearly 30 years in Wellington.

Many parties had to come to an agreement to solidify the deal including Stadium Jumping, Wellington Preserve Corp and United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. The location at Wellington Preserve won out over at least 10 other possible locations both in and out of Palm Beach County.  The finalization of the deal bodes well for the real estate community in and around Wellington.  With Stadium Jumping's presence solidified in Wellington for many many years to come, real estate transactions that may have been on hold or stalled can now move forward with confidence.

The showgrounds will be developed by world class International Equestrian Design and it's founder, Robert Jolicoeur, based in Montreal Canada.  Residents of all of South Florida as well as Wellington can be proud to host such a world class location.  Miami's own son Jimmy Torano, owner and operator of JET Stables in Ft. Lauderdale,  will be part of the Planning and Design Community.

This is truly and exciting announcement for the South Florida Equestrian Real Estate Community.
