Social Media on Steroids

While I personally do not condone the use of performance enhancing drugs I'm sure that the title of this note got your attention right?

When we think of steroids we think of athletes and bodybuilders using these drugs to give them an incredible edge over the competition both in strength, speed, power and endurance.

Well, let me ask you a simple question.

What if you could give your social media marketing plan that same unfair advantage?

What if you could make your Unique Selling Proposition stronger?

What if you could increase the speed of your conversions?

What if you could turbo charge the power of your value to others?

What if you could increase your personal power to withstand challenges or stress?

Would you take some 'Social Media Steroids'?

Well, if you answered 'Yes' than at least you're being honest but don't worry you won't go to jail and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.

I use the term 'Social Media Steroids' to make a point because there are specific things you can do to give you that unfair advantage in social media marketing. There are things you can do to give your social media plan a shot in the arm.

Excuse the expression!

Here is a list of 'Social Media Steroids' that are completely legal, ethical, and proven to generate results!

Strengthen your Unique Selling Proposition

*As Yanik Silver puts it best - strive to create 10X-100X in value for any price you charge.

*Make a list of the top 10 advantages of doing business with you then choose the #1 and run with it!

*Add multiple bonuses with your offer. Make it an amazing deal that they can't pass up.

*Offer a sensational guarantee that leaves no question that you back your product or service.

Speed up your Conversions

*Improve your web site's sales copy and use stronger calls to action - Yanik Silver has a great product called Instant Sales Letters at http://tinyurl.com/bznw6q

*Improve the level of your guarantee. If you have a 3 mo or 6 mo try using 1 year and watch the #s!

*Make sure your site navigation is clean and your sales message makes the decision process easy

*Make sure you offer multiple ways to purchase your product or service -fax, call, credit card and so on

Turbo Charge the Power of Your Value

*Start providing a consistent flow of conversation, value, tips, and resources to your social network

*Seek out others in your target market that you can add value to as my friend Doug Firebaugh speaks of

*Cross link your social sites so your network can access all you're valuable content on line

*Write powerful notes and blog posts that give your network a reason to look for the next one

*Engage in discussions where you can add value and solve your target markets problems

Increase Your Personal Power

*Surround yourself with like-minded entrepreneurs and as Yanik Silver suggests mastermind and collaborate with other smart entrepreneurs if they have futures that are even bigger than their present.

*Read 10-20 minutes per day and start with Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

*Turn your car into an automobile university as Zig Ziglar puts it so well. Listen to Pioneers in the business like Yanik Silver, Doug Firebaugh, Ali Brown and Joe Vitale

*Start each and every day in a state of gratitude. I use a gratitude book that lists everything I'm thankful for and I add to it regularly.

*Create a Vision Board and have fun with it! Create a vision for your future and keep it in front of you often

Now you can pass these 'Social Media Steroids' to your friends and I won't mind that you tell them you got it from me. I won't call you a snitch either!

All in good fun :)

Enjoy your legal, ethical, moral and proven 'social media steroids'!

Make it a great day!

Great post Marco

Just wanted to say, "Great post, Marco!"

I have just about everything Yanik Silver has written, but more importantly, I have everything Dr. Joe Vitale has ever written, and several of them are personally autographed by him.

You see, Dr. Vitale is a personal friend of mine.  I have his personal address, phone numbers and emails, and I know where he lives.  Only, I don't give that information out.

I've learned a lot from Dr. Vitale, and it appears that you've done your homework, too.  You've learned very well!  Congratulations!

Since you're in real estate, and perhaps, more specifically, marketing, I was wondering if you would be interested in co-authoring a book I'm working on?  I still have several chapters available and the details can be found at http://guerrillarealestatemarketing.tripod.com/co-authors/special_memo.pdf

Let me know what you think.  I already have 33 chapters finished for another book, but my second book is due out by about June.
