Well, do give up Poinciana just yet. There is hope for 2014, incorporation will soon be on the ballot. We has homeowners in this community have had 40 years of the developers promises oh and now after 40 years they are just making changing, please give us a break. I do invite and welcome the thought of becoming a City where the people for once will have our votes count unlike the HOA again from what I have heard and seen got rid of people who signed up to be on the ballot, now we don't even know who will be on the ballots do you another controlling effort by the HOA. incorporation sounds and feels better everyday.
