The Hilliard Toastmasters is conducting a New Member Open House on Monday, May 21 at 7:00 PM.
Since last spring I've been a member of the Hilliard Toastmasters Club. Toastmasters offers a proven way to improve your communication skills. By participating in a fun and supportive Toastmasters group, you'll become a better speaker and leader. Toastmasters have given me a boost in my public speaking ability and offers great leadership opportunities.
A typical Toastmasters club is made up of 20 to 30 people who meet once a week for about an hour. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, giving prepared speeches or offering constructive evaluation.
While you may not need the tools, techniques and support of a toastmasters club, do you have an associate or know someone in your organization that could benefit from Toastmasters? Toastmasters provides the tools that enable anyone to become effective communicators and leaders. Toastmasters produces results. Around the world more than three million men and women of all ages and occupations have benefited from Toastmasters training.
