The Calvalry Arrives For Your Stressful Days

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

TerrorSometimes we all just have those days. They are full of stress, we end up sleeping with night sweats and just don't have answers.

Where is my Teddy Bear?

Where is Mommy?

Argument

We may have arguments between our coworkers.

There might be fights with our clients.

It could be a big battle at home.

Stress, stress, stress.

Big Monster

Try as we might to run away from these situations they just seem to follow us.

Woman ScreamYou just want to scream sometimes.

Work Stress

The paperwork keeps piling up.

Those Twitterers keep twittering (tweeting??).

Punch Someone

It makes you at times want to go out and punch someone.

Frayed Rope

You feel like you may be at the end of your rope.

Surgeon

Now's when the good doctor comes into your life with a handful of tips.

At last, finally,

The Calvary Arrives For Your Stressful Days.

Sleep and Rest

Never understimate the rejuvenating power of sleep and rest and how your mind as well as your body needs the tranquility of quiet, meditation, sleep and peace.

Play Music

Play some music and get away.

Gardening

When the weather warms up do some gardening.

Three Dogs

Above all surround yourself with loved ones.

And if all that doesn't work, the answer?

CHOCOLATE!!

Hi Susan: You are my FAVORITE junk food junkie. Is that your secret to your sweetness?

Chris Ann: You can't turn Active Rain off. It's in your blood. Chocolate solves everything.

Ann: Wine and chocolate. Sounds like a winning combo to me.

Kathy: Chocolate solves the world's problems.

Gary: Thanks, I will look for the link...

Hi Gary, Well, I think that chocolate, M & M's preferably, (and a good long walk) can take all the stresses of a bad day away. Just what Doctor Gary ordered. Thank you!

Stress is something that we all have to deal with from time to time. Some times I act like I'm stressed out just so I can eat chocolate though.

Gary, I hate overload.  That's why I haven't been in the rain too often lately.  Rewriting my site and adding pages and by the time I answer emails, I'm done!  I work hard this time of year so I can PLAY more in the Spring!

Gary,

I love the post! My favoirte is to surround myself with loved ones and have fun and laugh. My husband is quite a character and everyone knows and loves him. Sometimes you never know what he will say but whatever it is he will make you smile and laugh for at least a moment and take your mind of anything else!

Over the past couple of days, I've found myself in the middle of a messy situation with a buyer that is getting messier with each passing hour. There hasn't been much sleep the past few nights and doubt of my skills as a realtor have grown a bit. And then I came upon this post. While I am still hugely concerned about what will happen over the next few days with this transaction (i.e., possible legal action), I have found some comfort in your words. So as always, thank you.

Gary,

It should be a federal law that everyone needs to rest sufficiently. Without proper rest it's impossible to function productively. I agree, get some chocolate when all else fails. The milk kind with almonds.
