Donna it this market it is a must to be on top of things.  You need to not only what has sold, but also what other comparable house on the market are listing for.

George - Absolutely.  I am checking stats daily about what's new to the market, what's gone under contract and sales. 

Sandy - The more education we can give our buyers and sellers about how the market is performing the more informed they are in making their buying and selling decisions.

Elizabeth - We now have a great selection of homes in Branford to suit any price range which is great.  The buyers are finally starting to actively get out there and look again.
