I miss my old neighborhood sometimes. Now it's called Harkness Heights ( I think) back when it was just called North Denver. What a great, great area! The Tennyson shops, the little neighborhood hideaways and close to everything. And LOVE the asking price on this place.

That is THE cutest house!  Wish I was closer, I would definitely try to sell it.  It's always amazing to me how much more detail you notice with staging.  I cannot imagine this one will last long.

Cindy - yep, a lot of out-of-staters think that Highlands and Highlands Ranch are the same place - but as you know - they aren't! Opposite ends of town, 80 years difference in YOC and very different personalities! But you get a whole lot more house in Highlands Ranch than in Highlands!

Your right it does look bigger on the inside than it does from the outside.  It looks to be in great shape, but 720 sq. ft. is a little on the tight side.

Charlie - great way to put it! I did an open house there yesterday and the feedback was phenomenal. One of the old-timer neighbors told me that this house was the "construction trailer" for the neighborhood when it was developed back in the 20's which explains the rather unique design.

Funny! In this neighborhood, it might have been a teardown as well, except that Denver is threatening to put a stop to such activities - not the teardown exactly, but what you can replace the home with.

This is the neighborhood where my great-grandpa built his house and my grandma was born (1915).  Your virtual tour is great; your price looks just about average given the location north of 38th and close to Federal. Should sell quickly with the great updates!

It was the construction trailer!! That explains it. My buyer and I were trying to figure out why the house was built at the same time as the rest of the block, but is so very, very different!

 

It is a VERY cute house, BTW!
