It seems to me that we have had an alarmingly slow start to the traditional kick off to the Spring Season in Northern New Jersey. Not a lot of calls on our listings, however plenty of hopefully realtors with open houses. We also should be getting a lot more inventory entering the market at this time of year than we are seeing. Short sales are popping up everywhere.
