An article appeared in the February 15th issue of People where Susie Orman, financial guru, was advising buyers this is the time to buy. The rates and homes are low, why wait? She said even though many people lost their home, hopefully, they will be able to buy something now.
If I had one dream for this country, it would be to see that everyone in this country owned their own home!
