VERY interesting.  The spread between list and sale is very low.  Looks almost like a balanced market.  I have a hard time realizing the price ranges in other parts of the U.S. 

I haven't done a List-to-Sold in a while.  I think I need to look at it.  But, homes have just started to sell a tad around here.  A few under contract.  I'll wait until end of May and there should be more action to report.
