Foreign National Loan

Hi,

Does anyone know where we can obtain a loan for a Foreign National relocating to Texas? Client is from Canada, no SSN#, buying a home 300-350K, 100K downpayment, great credit, working for same company as he was in Canada--just transferring to US location.
