Real Estate Lead Generation Supercharger!

By
Real Estate Agent with Real Estate Marketing Genius

Dear Friend,

I'm writing in response to several requests that I have recently received asking me about how to get off the ground in a very short time without begging FSBO's and Expireds to list with you or even worse, pestering your friends and relatives to do business or refer you anyone they come across.

The fact is that a real business is systems based and marketing driven. Now in the olden days you and your telephone were the marketing and whatever you personally developed were the systems.

Today you can follow in the footsteps of many other people that have already pioneered new strategies for growing your real estate practice into a full fledged business. By following the proven path thats been pioneered and perfected by others you reduce the likelyhood that you'll end up failing or going broke.

With the power of the internet you can now communicate with thousands of people through simple e-mails, videos and all kinds of other tools. There really is no need to punish yourself by cold calling and prospecting the old fashioned way.

Isn't life grand today. Technology is the life line to businesses.

I agree use all the tools available, by using the internet you maximize your time and save money. When I began my real estate business years ago there were no cell phone,no digital cameras, no laptops, blackberrys, global positioning systems, internet, email, web cams, flips, etc.  We used the phone and walked the farm canvassing, used legal pads to jot down the leads and rolodex to store our business contacts amd file cabinets to store our files.

Right On!  Our business jump started so quickly due to internet marketing, that some realtors in a competitors office started a rumor that we were just previewing listings.   After all, they posed, no one could launch their careers and be so busy so quickly!

While we aren't as busy as we were in 2005, web marketing has kept us afloat today and for that we are fortunate!
