This is my first post here on Active Rain. I have been lurking around for a few months reading a lot. This site is really interesting and I can see the value of what we are getting here.
I am a real estate broker in Puerto Rico. Since Puerto Rico is not in the Areas list I signed up like a member from Florida, which I too have a license (sales associate), but do not practice there yet.
Anyway, just passing and saying hi to everybody and planning on having a Blast just like you guys. The majority of my posts are going to be in Spanish because much of my main market here in Puerto Rico does not speak English.
