I believe that agent teams work well. I lost my last team mate, she needed health care and full time work that I couldnt provide. Now I am lookinf for a licensee that will work as a stand alone agent in a RE/MAX environment and will enter into a team agreement with me. I believe the power and synergy of teamwork creates a win-win for all.
