My career started with Conner Manufactured Home Sales and Finance in 1985 and I had no idea how much fun selling to first time home buyers could be until I sold my first home. He was humble, mature and blind with his family members by his side. Watching the expressions on his face made me realize that connecting people with this kind of transaction and the feeling of empowerment gave me a joy that no other job had ever. This, along with countless other encounters have encouraged me through the years that what I do really does matter. Getting paid better than the average worker is a bonus in my compensation and not the driving force that keeps me in the housing industry. It's working thru all the details to a successful closing and that all so awsome handshake of a job well done with the expressions of gratitude that give me more to reflect on than the commission I wind up spending before the next month begins. I love what I do and look forward to where the next twenty years will take me.

Hi Mark, There are so many truly great reasons to be a realtor.  See the look on the buyer's or the seller's face when they walk out of a closing is one of the biggest ones for me. Great to be a Realtor.
