Real Estate Agent with South Metro Property Management, LLC

This post is specifically for the folks in my office that I have invited (and some of you repeatedly) to join Active Rain. Your deadline is now approaching for you to be considered "grandfathered" in. What is the difference now you ask?

Now, you get a 30-day free trial and after that you must pay $29/mo for an AR account that gives you the full benefits of AR--LIKE GOOGLE JUICE!

For a more complete explanation directly from AR read this blog post by Brad Andersohn.

I TOLD YOU SO!!! YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE.

I don't think any of my coworkers have joined, but I do see agents from companies here in my area. I guess it's just not for everyone!

It is funny because even most who join don't do anything with it. They are missing out of the best Real Estate site on the internet!

I invited a bunch of people from my office to join, too, and some have. But they haven't done much with it. I don't believe they truly understand, and some are afraid to write. But you can bet I'll be talking about this at our office meeting on Wednesday.

Karen, you are so smart. Trying to help those coworkers but I swear it is like dragging horses to water but they won't drink. Just be nice, tell them all the benefits, but if they don't want to, what are you going to do? I think it is like Elizabeth said, some just don't want to write.

Karen -

How many of those folks ended up joining before they had to "Pay to Play"?
