Once the old man told me, don't get caught up in intrest rates or taxes. What ? Yes he said , concentrate on value, what you plan on doing with the property and the terms of the deal. A great property with great terms and a real use will bring you profits for years to come.Its similar to what exsists today. Many property owners are now moving towards a difficult situation if they were not paying full attention during the last run up. Now they must settle with the terms and conditions they made.
