Valentine's Day and President's Day fell on the same weekend this year which prompted many families to visit our amenity filled beaches! Restuarants were packed and the many local spas were booked all day with massage and facial appointments set up as gifts for all genders! And now the best news: many wonderful people reinstituted their interest in purchasing a new home! We saw a nice increase in traffic and as Presidents Day marks the beginning of our buying season we are excited to get everything underway!
