Westside Vancouver Attached Property Market Update : February 9th - February 16th

I would like to present the  ‘Westside Attached Stat Package‘, for the week of February 9th - February 16th.  New listing numbers remained relatively static, moving from 87 new attached listings to 83 on the Westside.  Sales figures spiked slightly as we continue to experience a resurgence in buyer activity, and are hoping to see a continued rise in sales volume over the next four weeks as price depreciation, and favorable financing options start to take hold.

This past week there were 193 new active attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 83 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) new listings in your area for that period.

The 83 new active attached listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

University (UL) : 9
S.W. Marine (SW) : 2
Shaughnessy (SH) : 2
South Granville (SG) : 1
South Cambie (SC) : 1
Quilchena (QU) : 4
Oakridge (OA) : 4
Marpole (MR) : 7
Mount Pleasant (MP) : 4
Kitsilano (KT): 16
Kerrisdale (KE): 2
False Creek (FC) : 3
Fairview (FA) : 25
Dunbar (DU) : 1
Cambie (CA) : 2

The Westisde neighbourhoods accounted for 83 : 193 or 43% of overall Vancouver West attached new listings from February 9th - February 16th.

This past week there were 86 sold attached listings in the Vancouver West Region with 38 falling in the Westside neighbourhoods. Please note if your neighbourhood is not included in the weekly list it indicates there were zero (0) sales in your area for that period.

The 38 sold listings on the Westside were distributed as follows:

The Westside neighbourhoods accounted for 38 : 86 or 44% of overall Vancouver West attached solds from February 9th - February 16th.
