Let's face it...no matter how successful we are now in our profession, looking back...we were once a newbie..did not know so many things compared to what we know now. I kind of thought to post this blog to help new licensees(before their first transaction) feel that they are not alone in feeling: nervous, not so confident, not having the right can-do attitude, fear of making mistake, etc...when they finally have to face their first client..

Marizel: You know... I would just love to describe my first transaction... but I honestly cannot remember it. It was in 1973... LOL. Hope you have better luck with everyone else. But... it's a good question, and should stimulate some good answers. Take care...
Marizel, I was spoiled, my first transaction was relatively easy. The only real resistence was the buyers had a fixed price in mind and wouldn't budge, but the seller did, the other agent in the transaction was absolutely wonderful! I wish that the following transactions had all been that easy!

That's ok if you don't remember..good thing is...after 35 years, you're still going strong doing the same thing..something you really love..buying and selling homes!

My first one was successful and challenging.....I really had no direction form my Broker and to boot a septic issue....HELLO.....all in all the deal went throughand still today my wife and I are friends with the couple and get updated photo's of their three lovely daughter's to hang on our refrigerator.
