Are you a full-service agent? What does "Full Service" mean to you? Please let me know how you define "Full Service" and if I may quote you in an article.
Hi Tracy,
I don't think that anyone would consider themselves a partial service business, but the term full service means something different to everyone. While I would like to consider myself a full service home inspector, I really am not. There are many things that I am not licensed or authorized to do, such as lead paint tests, asbestos and mold testing, and septic systems. It is my responsibility to make that clear to my client so that they will know exactly what to expect when they hire me.

Kevin,
Thanks for your comment. I left out a very important part of that question. It should have read, "Are you a Full-Service Realtor?" You are correct to state that no one would consider themselves a "partial service business," but I have noticed that among Realtors and Real Estate brokerages, full service means different things to different people. I have known some to consider it as you have, with regard to the number of services offered. Others have defined it as the level of service provided.
Have a great day!
Tracy
