2009 Housing Stimulus Requires Response From Banks
Providing Incentives for the bank to modify loans with troubled borrowers is all good and well if the banks will respond. The reality is that banks have been living with the necessity to deal more efficiently and effectively with the short sales and foreclosures for years and have not responded.
