I have to brag a little bit. The following are pictures of a listing I have, all the remodel work was done by my husband's company MDM Contracting. When the investor bought the home, it was subdivided into three separated living quarters with makeshift bathrooms and kitchens. Now it is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with an open floor plan and a huge utility room. Not to mention a large backyard and tons of upgrades!
