I am a Patient Person...I think...maybe.

I Feel that I am more patient than most people.   But then again I lose it quickly for no reason at all.  The thing that tries my patience is being in traffic.  So when I read the following...I could totally relate! (I NEVER USE THE HORN!)

On a cold day a woman's car stalled at a bad intersection.  She tried ever so hard to restart it.  The driver in the car behind her kept honking on the horn.  totally frustrated, she got out of her car and went back and said the the man...

"I can't seam to get my car started again.  If you would like to give it a try, I will stay here and honk your horn for you!"

Went on a cruise to Jamica and in the hills every taxi toot toots on the way by..to the point where one of my four kids who was 8 at the time said if he ever moved to Jamaica, he would go into business and open up a horn shop since everyone used them so much. Good post that makes you think! It's like poor cell reception..you tell the other end they are breaking up so they start talking louder or yelling thinking that will help every word get thru. Or crank the heat to 80 thinking the home will warm up quicker..takes the same time to get to 70 whether you are on 70 or 80! Patience is a virtue.

Bill; the guy honking the horn should have told the women he was honking to test his battery in case she needed a jump start.

William,

I think that is a good reason to forget where your horn is and go check out the problem then go back and start the honking thing!!

the nerve of some people!! sometimes words can work instead of a slap. I think men have less patience in traffic situations.
