If you have not met me here on Active Rain, my name is Earl Crouse and I am the new broker/owner of Better Homes Realty Las Vegas a division of Avalar Network, Inc.. Together with my partners Christian Fauria and Jnani Matson, we brought the Better Homes Realty brand to Las Vegas where bank owned REO sales account for nearly 70% of all residential closings. We focus and specialize in REO properties while still offering traditional real estate services
My professional career has included a variety of activities and responsibilities including custom home development, real estate management, franchise sales, operations, sales, and an active broker's license in California and Nevada. I played an integral role in the openning of an investment development firm where I managed $35 million in land acquisitions and developments. My understanding of the Las Vegas real estate market has lead to established relationships with lenders and asset management companies in the marketing and successful closings of REO properties.
Partner Christian Fauria
Christian, a 1994 graduate of University of Colorado, enjoyed a 13 year NFL career which included 2 Super Bowl titles with the New England Patriots. Many of the skills that made Christian a successful professional athlete, have provided a foundation for his real estate career.
Christian's real estate experience includes building large-level housing developments and multi-family hi-rise and apartment structures. In addition his experience includes the design and development of single family homes. Christian, along with partner Jnani Matson, established Bluechip Realty, Inc. a full service real estate firm specializing in pre-foreclosure solutions.
Partner Jnani Matson
Jnani, a true entrepreneur, has established three successful businesses over the last 13 years. His experience includes 10 years as a hardwood flooring contractor, his role as one of the founding principles of Bluechip Realty, and over the past three years ownership of a thriving mortgage firm which has funded nearly 600 residential loan transactions totaling over $150 million. With boundless determination and energy, Jnani brings a can-do attitude to everything he pursues in his career.
