Interesting angle!  I would have never thought to post about properties that are on acreage!  Great idea!

Colleen, it seems with the additional land OBVIOUSLY the price jumps up quite a bit. Maple Valley must have premium lots for sure. Great analysis!!

Hi Colleen, Buyers around Ann Arbor, MI love to spread out a bit. Because of that there are many bedroom communities near Ann Arbor.  Your fawn pic reminds me of a tiny fawn that was all alone when I found it in my horse's paddock early last spring. The horses were so surprised! They didn't know what the little spotted baby was. My husband & I had to 'wrangle' the fawn over to an open gate to get her out & away from the curious but BIG horses. She quickly disappeared into the tall grass and would silently await her mother's return at dusk.
