Palm Pre or Blackberry Bold ???

Any techies out there that can help me?  I have a Window based Treo 750 that I hate.  I am considering either the new Palm Tre or the Blackberry Bold.  Which is better for real estate?  Any help and input appreciated. My computer style is non technical I beat the keys into submission. Thanks in advance for your help.
