After looking over a closing statement the other day I realized that closing costs of
a home purchase can include just about anything.
Sometimes your lender will add junk fees. Before signing your paper work, compare your
actual closing cost with the good faith estimate. Your lender is required to porvide
you with this after your original application. You want to be sure the costs match.
If not, request your lender to make some closing cost adjustments.
