F & M Bank and Trust Co. will be presenting a program titled "The Road to Home Ownership". The program is scheduled for Saturday February 28th from 10am to 11:30am and will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott located at 101 Progress Point. The presentation will cover topics ranging from determining if you can afford to buy a home to the loan closing. The purchase process will be addressed as well as what lenders need to see from you and how to obtain your credit report. They will also have food and beverages for those that are attending.
