So... as the story goes;
- agent gets a listing
- seller is upside down
- agent starts the short sale
- agent sends package to bank
- bank procrastinates
- offer comes in
- bank still stalling
- buyer walks
- seller is frustrated
- new buyer comes
- still not contact from bank
- finally a response.. ridiculous but at least a response
- 2nd buyer walks
- seller stops paying mortgage and is angry..(not at agent)
- 3rd buyer offer comes
- seller contacts lawyer that gives listing agent a contact number
- finally getting somewhere
- lender gives feedback and lisitng agent sends HUD1 over
- lender makes a few changes but approves sale... YIPPPEEEEE
- buyer walks.
