Williamson county real estate- The market trends are starting to get a lot better. As of 2/19 we have 231 homes pending with another 132 williamson county homes under contingency contract. We have 165 homes closed since January 1st, With only 2271 homes on the market, it's starting to look a lot better for sellers.
Anyone who sells real estate in Williamson county knows that the weather this year has been really bad, and people are still buying homes. I've had one buyer miss out on two homes in Franklin last week because both had accepted offers the same day we ere planning to submitted ours.
My sellers are seeing a lot more showings and offers than we had just a few months ago. Get ready for the rush.
