That's the coolest photo I've seen in a loooonnnggg time. What talent your daughter has. Must run in the family!
Randy, this is an awesome photo! My what talent your daughter has! What kind of camera and lens is she using to get this? I just think it's amazing! Thanks for posting this for us.
Later in the rain~Deb
Wow! You're daughter has a good eye and impressive photography skills... does she do this for a living?
Thanks, Lisa U!
Lisa H ~ One of Jenifer's older brothers came over last weekend, and before long they were just "playing around" and trying some different ideas for unique photos. This was just one of many that she took that day. :)
Me too, Don! Brings a little respit from the serious business and lets us relax and enjoy for a moment.
Leesa ~ Indeed! I myself was speechless when she showed it to me the first time.
Suesan ~ Yes she has. Jenifer clearly has the passion, gift and eye for photography.
Gary ~ do you like my 'stars' theme? I'm still undecided.
Jane ~ LOL! A yellow flying saucer maybe? I better check with Jeni and see if any little aliens crawled out of that glass. :)
Elizabeth ~ I love it that you love the photo! You know, I have the most diverse family imaginable. We all have our gifts, but they are in different areas with every single one of us. We're kindof a Heinz 57 family. :)
Deb ~ Thanks! I'm clueless when it comes to the technical aspects of her equipment. I believe she used a Canon XTi for this shot? Not sure about the lens. If I find out from her, I'll let you know.
Chuck ~ believe it or not, Jenifer is just a sophomore in high school! But she definitely has aspirations and intentions of being a full time, professional photographer. And, she's already had a few professional photo shoots. At 16 years old, I was still trying to figure out which planet I was on! ;-)
Wow Randy, that is one of the coolest photo I've seen here in a while, Excellent.
~ Life is Good
Wow - What a neat picture. It reminds me of the scrying of a crystal ball! I see all kinds of things in that picture.
Ahhh refreshing. I think of ice water after yard work and a Lemon Drop Martini after a week at work LOL. Randy, I hope you show Jenifer all the compliments, she certainly deserves them. I bet she has taken her gift and combined it with the gift of a good work ethic from Mom and Dad ( plus a big dose of love :)
Jenifer, keep up the amazing work. You can do anything you set your mind to do! A friend of ours is a gifted photographer here in Colorado Spings. Visit her webpage http://www.lisehunt.com/. I plan to do a blog about her in the future. I would happy to introduce you if you would like :)
It's a good life!
~Raine
Now that's cool and refreshing. Hmmmmmm. Makes me want a strawberry-lemonade at Souplantation. Oooops. I guess I'll be going out this evening to help stimulate the economy.
Jenifer (whose name is misspelled, by the way, but not to worry, because mine is too) should get a web site up and running and sell her photos. I've already seen many great ones. There are some good ebook programs on the market, too.
Myrl ~ thank you so much! Funny you should say that, as I've spent more time looking at the bubbles than the lemon. :)
Raine ~ What an incredibly nice set of comments! Yes, I always tell Jeni about new comments, but I'll make double-sure that she reads yours. Way cool! :))
Russel ~ Jenifer's name is not misspelled - all of the other 2 million Jennifer's on the planet are misspelled! I'll make sure she reads your comments, Russel. Thanks, and cheers! ;-)
Debi ~ Thank you very much! Glad you liked it.
Hi Barbara! Jenifer is 16, but she's going on 25, if you know what I mean. She truly loves photography, and I would love to see her make a living from simply living out her passion. Thanks for the compliment!
Hi Randy, Thanks again for sharing Jenifer's talent....her passion really shows.
Teresa, Ginger & Roger ~ thank you so very much! We'll try to post more of her photos as we go along. :)
